Join me for this 2-hour workshop focusing on three arm balances: Bakasana (or Crow Pose) Side Crow, and Eka Pada Koundinyasana (shown above). This workshop is perfect for those with a regular vinyasa practice who would like to go deeper and start to develop an arm balance practice. Through exploring these poses we can begin to understand some of the key actions required to do more advanced arm balances. We will start with some sun salutations and warming movements to prepare our bodies, then we will dive right in – using props creatively to build body awareness and attain a deeper expression of each pose.
