Hugh Behm-Steinberg's books include Shy Green Fields and The Opposite of Work. He is a member of the unranked faculty collective bargaining team at California College of the Arts in San Francisco.

Matt Davignon has been electronically manipulating sounds for over 20 years, including building an organic voice for drum machine on releases such as Living Things

Oa's first CD was released on Edgetone Records in February 2015.
